We’ve checked out your email address, and there’s definitely something strange happening with which emails you receive. You’re opted in for marketing but seem to only be receiving transactional emails, so we’re looking into this. Really sorry for the inconvenience of not receiving the right emails, we’re on it.
@David thanks for the great selection of tips. I like your thought on stirring not shaking the pouch. I do shake mine but don’t do it every time, just initially.
