Hi All,
I have been a Huel user for years and I’m about to try Huel diet. Is this normal Huel but just adding less to the mix, or is it a new powder?
Finally, can I buy a scoop which measures the exact amount for Huel diet please? Which is 52g per 200kcal I think.
thanks.
It’s a new formula powder with a higher percentage of vitamins and minerals to ensure you are meeting your RDAs with fewer calories. I found it quite watery made with the recommended amount of water.
No you cannot have that scoop. Scoops are not accurate anyway,. A gram here or there won’t matter and scales are the way to go if you need to be precise (you really don’t).

Thanks @hunzas thats really helpful. My first ‘dose’ is today so I will experiment with the amount of water to use to get the consistency I like.
My aim is to loose 5 stone. Here we go.
I have weighed the amount of powder in one of my existing white scoops, level it’s 47g, so a little over it’s 52g ish. So I’ll go with ish, I agreed total accuracy is not where I’m at.
Thanks for getting there so quickly @hunzas

I’m pretty sure with a little less water it’ll be enjoyable.
I really like the matcha lite powder. One thing to beat in mind is don’t go in too quickly. Aim to lose weight gradually and it’s more sustainable long term.
Huel is great for gaining weight. maintaining weight and losing weight because you can easily work out calories even with a few grams either way.
Thanks @hunzas the ideal water amount for me is filling an official Huel shaker to between the u and e of Huel on the side. Then roughly popping in a full scope of Huel.
really enjoying it now, better consistency and taste.
thanks.

I find that you need to experiment with most Huel products to get it exactly right. I find with most h&s I have to add more water than recommend (apart from the ramen) and with powder less water than recommended, and with Huel lite and Huel greens far less water than recommended.
