Perhaps this topic has already been raised - if so my apologies. I am new to the Huel hot meal pouches and am trying the Cajun Pasta in the new format. I am used to using the scoops from the big packet - old format Huel. So, my question is related to the number of calories in these pouches. The 2 scoops were calibrated at 400 calories as I recall. These pouches look like much bigger portions. I cannot see how many calories they are from the back of the packet.
Yes they are 400 calories. I haven’t tried the Cajun one but for example the Mexican chilli and the Thai are 108 grams and 400 calories. I have also tried the madras but don’t have one in front of me but think that is a different weight but still 400 calories. I think the “meaty” pieces make it seem a bit bigger in volume. I haven’t actually tried scooping to see how many scoops but that could be interesting. Will do that next week when I have one
