Yes there were a bunch of orders sent without the new scoop. Sorry for the inconvenience. Get in touch with our customer experience team on team@huel.com and they’ll sort it out for you. For now you might have to use a scale.
Is that so? Great hack if so. Although it does make it too easy to then add the water on top of the powder and we all know Water first. Always.
Yup. I’ve been doing that for a while. It’s pretty much spot on 100g - more accurate than scooping, for those times you don’t have access to scales. I have two shakers so just put water in one, measure the powder in the other then tip the powder on top of the water.

Yes that is so. Try it for yourself Tim - but like scoops it is not 100% accurate but good if you don’t have scoop or scales to hand…
And yes, water first, powder second…although to be honest it’s not really that big an issue.
