What do you drink Huel out of?

Well it’s cold right now, as I’m back to wearing high neck tops again :joy: hopefully should be warming up from tomorrow… getting sick of this cold and rain, no fun at all! :triumph:

So I’ve had my Huel out of my new flask today and I’m pleased with it. I filled it up around 7.30 this morning and had it just before 1pm and it was still cold

I like the opening of the bottle as it’s internally threaded so no bumpy bits on the outside.

Also easy to clean - I cleaned mine straight after finishing - I filled it up with a drop of washing up liquid and water and shook it, then rinsed our the bottle and the lid. Also the lid is magnetic so it stays back when you’re drinking, no danger of the cap hitting your face! :joy:

LOL I’m ashamed to admit to bopping myself on the nose with my shaker this morning. Wee bit over enthusiastic when making my lunchtime shake because I was in a rush :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

It is a very low-key protein shaker, lots of the ones I looked at had text on like PROTEIN SHAKER 9000 ONLY FOR REAL MEEEEEEN!!!

Nice! Did you mix the Huel in there or decant from a blender?

I decanted from the blender bottle.

I made up the Huel the night before as I usually do using the blender and put the blender bottle into the fridge. In the morning I decanted the contents into the flask. I may experiment and fill the flask the night before, see how cold it is when it comes to lunch! It’s supposed to keep it cold for 24 hours. Will report back on Monday.

I recently bought a Contigo Jackson bottle from my local Tesco. It is transparent, and not insulated, but at 600 ml it’s just the right size for a 3 scoop meal. The spout is slightly wider than the Huel shaker spout. What I particularly like is the lid locking mechanism is entirely external and so there is nowhere for specks of Huel to get stuck behind when cleaning.

I never posted an update, I tried putting the Huel in the flask the night before, but it wasn’t cold enough by lunchtime. Probably would’ve been fine if I added ice cubes. Just transferring it over in the mornings now.

I’ve just been using the Huel shaker but that insulated Camelbak one looks wicked. I’ve tried using one of the insulated flasks I use for water but they have a push button mechanism for drinking and it’s hard to clean out.

Ah that does sound like a hassle to clean, this one is pretty easy to clean.
