Why is Ready to drink not available? New version comming?

It’s been some weeks since Ready To Drink is not available to purchase (at least in Catalonia). Does anybody knows why or if Huel is emtpying it’s stock in order to surprise us with a new formula?
I’ve been having really bad diarrhea with Ready To Drink, so I went back to the Original Powder, but I really miss the quick, easy form factor of opening the fridge and have it ready.

Any idea?

no idea at all, except for what’s here: Where are all the RTD? - Huel

Wow, I didn’t know any of that. Thanks for the heads up

I’m afraid we don’t currently have a date to give customers for back in stock. We’re working really hard to get stock as soon as possible and I will make sure to update on the forum when we do.

However, if you have been experiencing stomach issues with the RTD formula then this could be due to an intolerance and we would recommend speaking to a doctor before continuing.

Are there any considerations to introduce a grain-free/black edition RTD?

Black Edition RTD is something that has been discussed at HQ. Is that a product you would like to see? If so which flavours?

I guess It would make business sense to have ones that are already very popular in high protein drinks i.e.:

  • Chocolate
  • Caramel
  • Peanut Butter
  • Cookies and Cream
  • Strawberry
  • Vanilla

But at the same time, would be great to see ones that you don’t currently offer including fruit flavours like peach, mango, pineapple or less sweet/more spicy such as using ginger with other flavours.

Coconut!

I like the sound of these flavours, perfect for summer.

Coconut is indeed very popular for protein shakes. And most other complete food brands offer a coconut flavour.

They may have the same manufacturing limitations with coconut as they did peanut. Allergic reactions to coconut are relatively rare compared to tree nuts but there is still a low risk it can trigger anaphylaxis in people already allergic to tree nuts, so you would have to mitigate the risk of cross contamination.

Ah, I imagined it was just to do with costs. Pesky anaphylaxis! :frowning:

BANANA!!! Its essential

  • Vanilla for Breakfast
  • BANANA is Lunch
  • Berry is Dinner

All suggestions are noted :writing_hand:

Throwing in my personal suggestion, Chocolate Hazelnut
