Stayed at a steady 12 Stone 4.25 - 4.75 this week. So not lost anything which is a bit annoying! I don’t know if I’m building muscle a bit though as well as burning fat, from my martial arts, but I wouldn’t have thought I’d be building too much muscle? Not enough to cancel out any fat loss. What I should have done was measure my self in the beginning - oh well
One thing I noticed this week though is my hair - my hair has been amazing since I’ve been on Huel! I usually have to wash it very often as it gets greasy really quickly, but I’ve noticed it has been so much better this week. Must be a sign I’m getting the right nutrients. Hope everyone else is doing well!
My nails have always been quite good, but my hair has been terrible so it was a nice surprise

Well this mornings news is I had to come down a rung on my bra to tighten it, so have definitely lost inches around my back Which made my Monday morning a bit more bearable! Weigh in was 12 Stone 4.25 this morning, hoping to make it into the 3 pounds this week
So after weighing in at 12 stone 4.25 pounds all week, I’m glad to say when I weighed myself this morning I’ve gone down to 3 pounds, woohoo! And that’s after a big plate of pasta because we had family over last night

Lost: 9.25 pounds
Another quarter of a pound down so now at 12 Stone 1.5 pounds I noticed over the last few days I’ve been losing a lot of water again, so I must have been retaining it hence the no weight loss for quite a few days.
Had a bit of an up and down week this week I had some chocolate and other treats over last weekend, and then was ill at the beginning of the week so my exercise regime went down the pan! But happy to say that I’m back to my lowest of 12 Stone 1.25 today, so hoping to carry on going down from now.
Just checking in to report I hit 12 Stone exactly on Saturday so was very happy about that. Just a couple more pounds to go and then thats a stone gone! Hoping I can achieve that by this coming weekend
Have ordered a new lot of Huel today, decided to carry on with one bag of vanilla and one of the u/u - having half and half is still working quite well. Also ordered some different flavour drops as need something other than strawberry! I wanted to get the chocolate premix but have heard such mixed opinions (mostly bad) that decided against it this time!
It’s been two months now - and I have to say I do feel healthier. I’m still at 12 Stone, haven’t gone down anymore yet but confident it will continue to help me lose weight whilst still getting everything my body needs.
I’ve been stalling a bit with the weight loss - still be on the shakes for breakfast and lunches, although I slip up a bit at weekends when I’m at home - I really need to stop doing that as that’s whats causing me to drop anymore pounds. I have however now lost a stone

It’s slow going but I’m sticking at it cause I know I’m healthier and I feel so much better for it. I have a holiday in 6 weeks and I’m trying to wait as long as possible until I buy holiday clothes incase I can lose just a few more inches off the waist!!
