Hi All, As a newcomer can anybody recommended what product i should be using to help me lose weight. I eat fruit for breakfast ,don’t really eat lunch or if i did it would be fruit ? and i don’t eat meat and I’m pre diabetic. my evening meal would involve fish and vegetable’s, lentils, chickpeas, that kind of thing. I desperately want to lose weight and im doing a lot of walking with weight. I was starting to snack with unhealthy treats put have stopped and thought i would give Huel a blast.

Hey Mark, welcome to the forum! First things first I would recommend reading this post I shared a while back. It gives a breakdown of my advice for a new person trying Huel and wanting to lose weight.
In regards to which product, that’s really down to personal preference. However, we have a useful webpage here which might help you out.
